The cost of cleaning the graduation gowns at Buda Campus of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences is 2,500 HUF. This amount must be paid on the e-ticket interface before the beginning of the graduation ceremonies.

Please present the QR code at the reception of the gowns.
The cleaning fee cannot be refunded!
You do not need to print out the QR code, you can also show it on your smartphone screen.
The QR code can only be used once, it’s validity is checked by the organizers’ online system.
Under no circumstances do you allow anyone unauthorized to make copies of your QR code! Since the code reading system does not recognize the difference between copied and original code, thus the ticket scanned first is always accepted as the original ticket. Any further copies with the same barcode is considered a duplicate, i.e. an invalid ticket.
